Cosi began as a café in Paris, France - where dining with friends and family is a way of life. It was there that our founder opened the first Cosi and introduced our signature crackly-crust flatbread baked in an open-flame stone oven - a recipe he discovered while touring the Tuscany region of Italy. Today, Cosi customers gather in our warm restaurants and coffee shops to enjoy the finest in fresh ingredients that make up our breakfast, lunch and dinner menus including our signature sandwiches, salads and desserts and hearth-baked pizzas, bagels and dinners.
